when traveling a certain speed let's say 20 kilometres per hour certain apps like WhatsApp Facebook disconnect from your data to prevent you to drive and texting or scrolling on Facebook as soon as you come in the 20 km per hour everything will go to normal again to prevent accidents on roads I think a lot of lives will be saved if there's no texting and driving by the user on cell phones
