Proactive Way Of Not Loosing Celphones

Celphones in this time in our generation is a necessity. And everyone, in one way or another owns one. However, it is human nature to forget and it is always good to have reminder for him or her, of things that is important.
I am thinking of device that would alarm, beep or vibrate when a cellphone is left or moved away from the owner at a certain distance designated by the owner. This can be triggered or driven by blue tooth or a rf signal that is sent by the celfone. The device should be small and attached to the owner. This is a proactive way of not loosing our cell phones
What is available in the market is a locator and already late.
