A Possible Way To Eliminate Distracted Driving!

I am proposing a way to aid in eliminating destracted driving. Phones/devices should be able to detect how fast its going by its GPS system so that when traveling at speeds known to be vehicle related(30km/h+), the phone/device is temporarily disabled. Then when it's not in motion(user reaches their destination), it's a 5 minute delay to make sure that the device is no longer a risk.
