Can Not Find Phone When Switched Off If Lost

Can you place a lithium battery in your phones that can be switched on remotely in order to locate without anyones knowledge if lost or alternatively make them unable to switch off without fingerprint recognition or users pin. It would also be great if any of the above are possible to pinpoint the exact location (address) Carl gordon 07454 627966
