Non Physical Emergency Commands

From what I've found so far it's not a thing but I might be wrong. But I feel there can be many reasons a personal can not physically contact emergency services, a car accident for instance, you're trapped and can't reach your phone. For this I wish there was a voice command, easy enough to remember but not common enough to accidentally do it, a first command and then a second to confirm and then the phone automatically calls emergency services. This should not only be for Samsung but for all phones, it could save lives.
