Making Use Of Samsung 2nd Gen Mobile As A Smart Security Device

The security device is a portable device that alerts to unwanted intrusion. It sends a DISTRESS SIGNAL via a moble phone(Samsung) when activated. The device works through a system named as 'THE DISTRESS SIGNAL Actuating System' which is currently awaiting Patent approval from The Malaysia Patent House (filing since 2014). The system comprises of 2 units namely Initiating Unit and Central Unit. The Initiating Unit incorprates a trigger and sends a radio signal to the Central Unit when the trigger is tripped. The Central Unit is located in proximity to the Initiating Unit. Upon detecting the radio signal, an internal mechanism is activated which causes a mobile phone (seated within the Central Unit) to automatically DIAL a preset number. The user thereby receives a DISTRESS SIGNAL by way of a telephone call.
