Lost Phone Mergency Contacts

Similar to the ability to call an emergency number from the lock screen I believe users should be able to set 2 or so contacts that someone can contact from the lock scrren in the case of a lost phone.
For example, my contacts would be my boyfriend and roommate, who see me the most and have the best ways of contacting me outside of my phone. In the event of my phone being lost, whomever finds it should be able to send a text to either of them letting them know they have my phone.
Similar to when we would call someone's mom or most recent contacted to give back the phone but this way your phone stays locked and secure.
