Kids Phone

My 4 year old can use my phone almost as good as I can... find games, download games. How about a phone that is the same in that sense...
But one step further a phone they can use to phone out a few preset phone numbers. And they can receive phone calls from selected numbers... and have an app so that the parents phone is connected and can completely shut it off, or just remotely watch what they are doing. This will be BIG time... I know a lot of people that would buy these...
