Inclusion Of Battery Fully Charged Ringtones

We have had cases where customers or people who use there phones over charge their batteries and a lot of people keep checking their phones to be sure of when their phones are fully charged. Is it possible to have an associated ringtone/alarms to batteries to create awareness when batteries are fully charged.
