Improving Samsung Tablets Photo Editors

I have both the Tab Pro 10.1 and the Galaxy S2 , and use them daily as an artist. I have developed many original applications for these tools in my digital work (see @robertmorri123 on Facebook).The S2 costs more and is newer but is not as useful for phot-editing . It lacks "blur" , "fisheye" , "inverse selection" and the rest that goes with its effects selection : "lasso" , "brush" , "round and square"etc. The S2 has only one difference I highly value and that is "add photo" . So on bended knee I request an upgrade to the S2 to include all these tools . Furthermore the existing but omitted "blur" and "fisheye" themselves could be improved : a reostat to give degrees of blur and fisheye of multiple diameters , say small medium and large .
