An Idea To Develop The Mobile Speed

I have an idea that would help Samsung to gain some market section from mobile gamers. The main idea is to make the device to use the external memory as the RAM of the device. So that the device will get more faster. develop it like the user can use only upto 2 Or 3GB. And the device would use what it has left (free space) of the external memory.
Basically it can catch the market section (Gamers).
