Getting What You Paid For.

Samsung Product Improvement Idea

Submitted 6 years ago

I have had my Samsung phone for four year's and tablet for two year's. Love both my phone and tablet, however from the moment I purchased my phone I've noticed something peculiar. At first I didn't think much about it but lately it's been irking me to no end.
My Samsung phone is a 16GB Galaxy S4 [ outdated - I know ], great phone. However, when you purchase the phone you don't receive 16GB of free space! Why, because of all the predownloaded apps that come predownloaded with the phone. If anything you - might - be getting 10GB [ if that ]. So question is, why are you paying for a phone that's not worth 16GB. [ Let's not forget that you loose more space with every app update. ]
Are we not getting cheated, lied to?
Those apps are there, useless, taking up space that you could be using for something else. And they are there for good, you can not delete them, only turn them off and watch your updates list grow.
I don't know about others but not once did I use the apps that come with the phone.
I believe that if we want to delete an app, we should have the option to do so.
Not one predownloaded app there is to make your phone run smoother or faster.
I personally do not need Samsung - Hub, Video, Voice Recorder, ANT Radio Service, Samsung Music, ect.
We should have the option to delete them and if we are paying for 16GB, we should get 16GB, otherwise don't sell it as a 16GB when I'm not not getting what Im paying for.
