I was wondering if Samsung would be interested in getting their Electronics division to open two semiconductor fab factories in the Cobourg area which would cost Samsung about $25 billion dollars to start up and renovate the old kraft factory in west end of Cobourg and in the east end, the Belden fiberoptics and cable factory could be turned into a semiconductor factory plus I have other factory and industrial projects as the Wesleyville Samsung great lakes shipyards to be located at the Ontario Hydro industrial park-would Samsung be interested in this venture
