Emergency Battery

I've noticed that parents give phones to their children in case of an emergency but what happens when the phone dies? I don't know about you but I can't call the police on a dead phone. My suggestion is that you make a phone with a backup storage that after you click the power button on your dead phone three times and the backup battery storage kicks in and you can call emergency contacts you have on your phone and 911 and you get about 15 minutes of talk time and it's not a lot but it could save a life one day. The phones would have to be a little bigger but that's a small price to pay for the safety of your consumers.
