The best tablet for digital painting at the moment is an Ipad pro. The reason for that is not the functionality of the tablet. It is because the software they are using is so powerful which is called procreate. This makes all the difference for the digital painting.
My suggestion would be to develop procreate or a lighter version of photoshop just for the digital painting artists to operate with Android OS. Also the dimensions of the tablet should be more like an ipad. Not a narrow cinematic display but like a paper.
In 2019 Ipad pros with very expensive prices and unreliable materials I think this is a very good chance for Samsung to prove themselves to digital painting artists which I believe also a strong market and a huge promotional media.
