Change The TV / Monitor Screens Colors On Standby

If you think about it, is already done! Kindle has the screen on standby with some pattern. Of course it uses E-ink, but wouldn't be cool that the TV or monitor had some kind of power off screen saver? same goes for phones, wouldn't be cool if the screen, or the phone face on standby has already the looks you want?
