Camera Lenses Adjust Angle

My teens take tons of selfies, but when I take a photo of them, there is a lot of fussing about it. If I try to take a photo, it's obvious because of how I hold the phone. I would love to be able to hold the phone pointed a little downward, but use some touchscreen controls (like you do adjusting the zoom) in the camera to control the tilt of the lenses so that I can get a good pic of someone without it inciting all the whining.
