I have a proven way to leave biometric scanners in the past. Using IR or LED, I can make your phone uniqely Identify you, and it cannot be spoofed or duplicated like biometric scanners. Biometric scanners can be bypassed by cloning a persons fingerprint. This technology is the next generation and would leave biometric scanners in the past. Not going to give specifics, but I know it works.
