Not Allow Phone Use While Driving Unless Connect To A BT Device

it seems to be a very increasing problem on our UK roads of people using them whilst driving! surely Samsung could easily use GPS or some kind of gyro to know when people are driving to stop them using them in their hand when driving. but if the car has Bluetooth capability and devices then they will answer the phone and read texts etc.
the phone companies could really reduce needless road accidents and deaths by looking into this and lead the way......
