Having a pump that is controlled by thermostat hooked up to the gas tank or just a line. When temp of fuel lowers past set point pump engages and pulls fuel over small heating element. Once fuel is to high temp setpoint pump disengages.
Possibly have pump on a small separate battery recharged by solar, wind (small wind turbine installed on vehicle), or possibly just the alternator and have the wind or solar just as a backup.
