McDonalds New Location Idea

Hi I live in Ludlow,Shropshire and our nearest Mcdonalds is either Hereford or Shrewsbury. There is an empty Little Chef building at Woofferton, Ludlow SY8 4AL which has been empty for several years now, which has a perfect road side location on the A49 next to the travel lodge. It would be a good place to have a McDonald's there.
