Please consider using soya,tofu and quorn products your company doesn't cater for vegetarians really and or offer a wider range of products for them .people like a wider range of choices and that also goes for using not just white bread but wholemeal and granary breadbuns .you could look at levels of sugar and salts as its so important to keep these levels down
