McDonalds Customer Service Improvement Idea

When a car pulls in the drive thru have the camera scan the number plate. Attcached to the number plate details is what the customer orders usually, whether it's usually him or herself, or a family of five etc. when the customer pulls up all they have to say is the usual and the teller will automatically see the customers order on the screen. Also if a customer is def or can't speak, they lodge all there details in store and when scanning of number plate happens, it will indicate if the customer is def or can't speak so they can drive straight to the window and pay. I think it will be great for big family's that order the same meals all the time and it will push cars thru quicker so the big lines at a lot of places will decrease.
