One of the key reasons people choose drive to hrough is speed. However accuracy must not be compromised. Often it's hard to hear what's being said on drive through speakers. A drive up touch screen would eliminate that issue and reduce human errors of the worker putting the orderi in inaccurately even when heard accurately.
