You have changed the straws to cardboard which goes soggy and makes the drink taste awful, which everyone is complaining about on social media, plus you cannot drink a milkshake with them as there to thick. The answer to this is simple, keep the straws plastic and change the lid to cardboard as there is more plastic on the lid than in the straws, this way you are helping the environment further by saving more plastic and the drinks can be drunk correctly without changing the taste of the drink and not going soggy and having to use two or three straws. This then becomes a functional solution which still helps the environment even more so due to the ratio of plastic to areas i.e. straw vs lid.
