The Spicy Mac

As an employee of McDonald's UK I have enjoyed time after time the illustrious Big Mac. However it grows old and taste has moved on since I first started here and I'm sure this has been the same case for other employees and patrons alike and one day I got creative with the ingredients at hand that were used for other products that we currently serve so as a dedicated spin off to the Big Mac I have altered it to my taste and have had great feed back from other employees of which have tried and we would love to see it on promotion for all to enjoy as it's simple, tasty and the ingredients are already in our stores. The Spicy Mac consists of your standard Big Mac bun, a small shot of Spicy mayonnaise on heel and club alike, I would prefer the use of two Red onion rings on club and heel although slivered onion works well and compliments the sauce better than regular onion, the same amount of shredded lettuce on both sides and two pickles to prepare the club and Peppered Cheese to fill in for the McDonald's Cheddar on the heel then top it off with two juicy, well seasoned beef patties and the Spicy Mac is out there for us all to enjoy.
