Sounds Barrier

McDonalds Customer Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 7 years ago

Hellloooooo and good day,

As someone that has been on both sides of your drive through as well as a few others, I have found the best places to order from are the ones close to other buildings. Why? you may ask. The wall on the other side is acting as a sound barrier, cutting out street traffic, wind..etc. So what im suggesting is both simple, non-expensive salutation to what is the most frustrating problem ever! Sound barrier. Place a wall on the other side of the drive through, nothing long, just enough to cover the area where the order is taken. This will block out most sounds and make both the customer and employees 100 x happier ;)
