I am a McDonald's employee in ooltewah Tn. Off Lee hwy,I make smore mc griddles using the pie and cookie oven and the Sunday fudge topin with marshmallows the only odd ball out store ingredient everything else is in-store just prep the marshmallows with a slot for the fudge put a dollop and let chill in the cooler then take a mc griddle bun and place the Marsh and chocolate in the middle of the M/G bun and popem in the oven 10 seconds or so or when they are golden Brown I know they will sell like hot cakese even after breakfast
