Small,Medium,and Large Breakfast Platters

I love the breakfast platters that are offered, BUT I always find myself wanting options. One day I may want hot cakes with just eggs, or hot cakes with a hash brown. Instead of receiving the Big Breakfast with hot cakes,hash brown,sausage,and a biscuit, customers should have the option to create their own depending on their appetite. So for the small breakfast platter, you will get hot cakes and choose 1 other side out of the choices of eggs, hash brown, biscuit, or sausage. For the medium platter, you will get hot cakes and choose 2 other sides out of eggs, hash brown, biscuit, or sausage. Then for the large platter, you will receive all items just as the big breakfast platter. I think this will be a great market for customers to feel they have control of what they are ordering.
