The plastic lid for paper drink cups modified to have a straw like plastic cylinder as part of the mould. I think this is a loophole to allow people to drink from plastic instead of paper which they are really really hating McDonald's!.
This will require a lid for each size of cup so the straw like cylinder reaches the bottom of the cup properly.
