This gives people the option to buy the Saweetie (Big Mac etc) or Jade Chynoweth (Dancer) which consist of a healthier meal choice: Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, Fries, 4 piece nuggets and a Sweet Tea. Then when customers choose, the characters start dancing like in a battle on the screen with music and can win a free cookie, sundae or a simple upgraded (large or supersized) meal with randomly selected purchases. This is more so for entertainment purposes because the drive thrus be kind of boring.
