1) a surf and turf sandwich. Big mac bun tarter sauce, shredded Iceberg, fish filet, cheese, middle bun, ketchup, pickle, diced onion, 1 smaller beef pattie, top bun.
2) A breakfast burger line: bottom of Buttered Biscuit or English Muffin, smaller burger party, Optional Egg, optional bacon, option Canadian bacon, optional cheese, top of Buttered biscuit or english muffin.
3) a McChicken & a McFish o Filet version of a big mac built on a big mac bun.
