The Rotisserie Chicken And Egg Buttery Mcmuffin Sandwich

This my creation that is adore by over 50 coworkers whom I serve breakfast and beg me for breakfast because of the sandwich.

Add as many eggs as needed per serving and ad lite salt and pepper , preheat skillet under light heat and ad 3 tsp butter to skillet or add more butter base on the serving. Add eggs. Split muffins and add light butter to both inner potions of muffins and place in oven . While scrambling eggs sprinkle large quantity of shredded rotisserie chicken pieces into the eggs while scrambling. Mix liitely. Create cohesive small patty�s and press Spatula to create patty�s. Remove muffin and add lite jelly of desire to muffins and add egg. Now try it and watch the smile
