No doubt McDonalds has the best French fry of all. So offer an alternative selection of the Roasted French fry. I have cut and sliced the potatoe, rinsed and dried, mixed in a bowl with olive oil, pepper, powdered garlic and roasted 30 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Tossed during roasting and salted after roasting. I suggest, you could offer customers a healthy alternative since the market is moving toward healthier eating.
