Remove Meal Drinks From Offer Section

Meal drinks don't make sense in the Offer section in the till. People rather take Big Mac and Chips rather than Big Mac and drink, instead people prefer to add the drink as separate to the offer,saving them 9p and fries. It would be best to instead have normal drinks there, and meal drinks should only appear when Big Mac and Drink option is actually pressed.
