Encourage people to stay with the company. A lot of CEO's think the customer is interested in the product when actually 9 times out of 10 they're interested in how well they're treated. I say pay all your employees an average of $15.95 and hour and include some sort of benefit package (preferably free healthcare) after 3 months of employment instead of the usual 6. I guarantee you'll see a skyrocket of applications and employment. I mean lets both agree that this company is looked at as a "disgrace" due to lack in quaintly of food and pay to employees. Also lets change the look of the happy meal boxes. I mean come on dude they look like something from the nightmare on elm street.
