Paper Straws & Plastic Lid.

McDonalds Customer Service Improvement Idea

I have noticed since the use of paper straws by McDonald's that the six segment plastic lid straw insertion point is a detrimental issue the straw collapses very rapidly.
My suggestion is a 4 point straw insertion point or a flat plastic insertion point insertion point that folds into the drink upon the straw being inserted.
