Order Screens At The Tables
McDonalds New Service Idea

Put order screens at all the tables where customers could customize their order at their leisure. Have the people that would normally take the order"serve" the food. But call them runners. Then block off the kitchen to reduce the noise and create a classier feel to the new look.
