There are people becoming more and more aware of the adverse side of red meat consumption. The poor conditions and lives of the animals being processed for any meat consumption is bringing adverse publicity to the industry. Recently there was an article of another fast food giant using a soy filler in a meat product. I didn't notice a taste difference, (in fact that was a plus to me). If I could buy a sandwich that tasted like or near to the same but with less meat (if the filler were nutritious all the better), or no meat at all, I would buy it. I would be willing to pay more for it. If you could get the message out, this would save animal's lives while being healthier for you, it will attract additional customers for that reason. I donate money to PETA & ASPCA along with various other animal rights groups. I have found it extreamly difficult to find anything vegan or atleast animal sympathetic. Making this move along with educating the public of the benefits, it will improve sales as well as the health of the consumer, while reducing the animal consumption & cost.
