New Breakfast

I want to tell you about an idea , I hope you can use it.
As you know the breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it must be so powerful , quick made and fast eaten and give you a lot of energy and be amazing for skin (actors , models ,�) for muscles (athletes ,�) and brain (doctors , students ,�) it means that if people want to eat something witch they need for any thing , where do they think about ?
I researched and I noticed that medical students cant work well on their appearance and also they don�t have time for this , workers need energy but they don�t know clearly what to do , athletes need protein and energy , models and actors need something witch makes them more beautiful and healthy and a meal witch Muslims can eat (1 milliard people in the world) and the most important point is that this meal must be fast made and delicious and cheap . think how amazing it can be when you offers the most important meal for every one in the world while it is so healthy and help to people body to live healthy and beautifully .
(Please notice the below for additional explanation )
1)At the first the starch(bread with bran) must be eaten in the morning
2) chees with vegetable and slice chees
3)pancakes (10 minutes needs to be produced)
4)nuts ( pistachios ,almond , walnut , filbert nut )
5)arde (it is liquid of sesame ) for people with warm nature
6)jam for children and people who love sweets
7)berries for people with cold nature and actors and models
1*)Chinese and Koreans and Japanese eat rice(starch) at the morning because they learnt from the past that if they want good hair and energy the must eat rice and vitamin B in the bread with bran witch is the must important vitamin for hair witch the models and actors need and it is what the people want in the world.
.2*) Ca(calcium) inside the chees is the one of the most important substance for bone witch the children and athletes need and you know because the people consider the McDonalds as a fast food store they don�t let their children buy food there .
3*) pancake is produced by flour , milk and egg , egg is the most complete food in the world with all amino acids witch our body needs and protein and the milk has calcium and as you know cr.Ronaldo drink milk every day because athletes need it for their muscles and children for their bones and teeth , you can add honey or chocolate to this for making it more delicious .
4*) the nuts give you a lot of energy and vitamins witch students and people who study a lot need it and the nut is fast digestive, pistachios has iron witch helps blood Circulation to feed brain and it is one of the 3 essential substance for making blood and loss of iron effects on hair loss so the models and actors and people who care about their hair and brain need it , almond in the a lot of articles is the essential substance for the hair and we need 4 almonds per day , the point is the fast digested and delicious and small size of them
5*)Arde is the substance witch people in the warm lands use it( Egypt , Iran , Saudi Arabia,�) and I saw the people in Russia and cold lands like it so it is new thing in other lands to taste and it has no fat and you know that one day must come to mix worlds food
6*)the models and actors and some of athletes don�t eat sweet food because of their diet
7*)the berries has a lot of antioxidant witch is necessary for staying youth and beauty witch models and actors and people who has diet need

_ So this is useful for actors , athletes ,models , people with diet , people who want to taste new thing , people who love sweets , students , doctors , workers , children and Muslims .
*You can let them decide and choose how their breakfast must be even by app or by apparatus in the your store or directly .
It is the new thing witch makes you special in the century .
