Mexican Food

I have just read that McDonalds has over 1200 restaurants in France and has capitalized on the French culture by having invested heavily into their ambiance, creating an environment where customers linger. Why has this not been done with the Mexican culture? I think if you invest into the Mexican preference of Tacos and Gorditas (just to start) along w Breakfast Burritos that use Real flour Tortillas, you can be looking into a whole new market of customers. We also love desserts such as Mexican pastries.. If the ambiance was set right, I believe that customers would linger longer.. Decor should include modern tables with plush comfortable chairs, fireplaces, flat screen TVs. Outside should be just as ambient as the inside. The McDonald's close to me has a College near by as well as a High School. Lots of possibilities!!
