Just serve the burrito stuffing meaning the egg, sausage, cheese, peppers and jalapeños without the tortilla wrap which is tasteless, many times badly wrapped and most important of all useless carbohydrates. Put it in a cup and voila! Healthy breakfast. Remember to give me credit.
