How To Keep McDonald’s Fries Warmer For Longer?

I am a registered nurse working during a pandemic in emergency at Wollongong hospital in 'NSW Australia - where we are currently hitting covid positive numbers of over 1000 a day. So anyways, I like to shower straight after work and I buy McDonald's on the way home from work sometimes....by the time I've showered quick and return to eat my chips they are always cold ? and not only after work even when Ii pick up and by the time I drive home - just cold.
So my idea is to create a lid of some sort for the fries to remain at least slightly warmer
- the burgers are always warm for ages a they are in a closed box.
