i think it would be a good idea to just focus on coffee and healthy stuff like fruit salads, green salads healthy shakes n maybe u can sell like breakfast sandwiches but I really think business would boom if they part more of a focus on what ppl are starting to want.

They should make their own coffee shop. "McCafe" or at least make a "coffee section" inside McDonalds with that coffee vibe, because I have met with friends that LOVE McDonald's coffee too, but they want the "experience" of being in a coffee place; not in a fast-food chain.
