McDonalds Customer Service Improvement Idea

If your people that work there get a order mess up then the person buying the food gets to spend a wheel and see if they win food or something , it will let you know how your employees are doing and every time the wheel gets spend it keeps count of it I think then this way us people buying food gets something in return if are order is mess up thanks
