The McTaco Salad is one of my favorite meals at work im a manager at one of the chains and me and a comanager has mastered the McTaco Salad very easy to make and it has a WOW! Taste to it something unexpected but so far 10 out of 10 people who has tried it Loves it i think it would be a great product to add to the menu for seasonal new items like the McRib
Ingredients.
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Quarter meat chopped up
Southwestern vegies and chips
Served with southwestern sauce and picante sause
Pros eliminates waste of quarter meat can be grounded up and used for the salad when over cooked also it give customers something new at McDonald's can guarantee a 100% success rate on this item the cost is around 4.50 now without drink spend maybe 1.50 in preparing
