Its a salad we up up in like a sandwich from , there might be a bun on top and bottom or you could go with a piece of lettuce that raps around the salad , it would have cheese some kind of meat salad dressing and bacon small pieces say or big on it , you would get fries and a drink with it or you could such get the salad sandwich, thanks your chose of dressing
