Everytime when I am driving on the highway and my kids are on board, their attention is drawn by the high McDonald's sign/billboard with big M along the highway. A Pavlov reflex and of course, to great expectation and full satisfaction, a visit is paid to Mac. What a brilliant concept of McDonalds, these signs high in the air! This brought me to the following idea and suggestion: What if McDonald's considers a new or separate slogan for it's (highway) restaurants, as follows: 'Mac is in the air' refering to the physical M sign in the air and simultaneously appealing to the attraction to visit McDonald's for a meal. This slogan may be underlined by the tune of the song Love is in the air.
I am convinced that this idea is unique and will contribute to McDonald's positive reputation.
I have also lodged this idea to them today.
