Low Carb: No Muffin McMuffin

Lose the muffin to eliminate carbs; put the egg and cheese in between two piece of Canadian bacon, or sausage patties. Wrap in wax paper. I'll take 2!
Lots of us are trying to limit or eliminate carbs, but it's hard to do when bringing your kids to McDonalds. I'd show up a lot more often with my kids, and even on my own, if something like this were available.
