A low carb keto diet has been adopted by so many, but it is difficult to get take away keto food. McDonald's should introduce a new Keto range with low carb offerings. It is easy to serve bunless burgers, with salad cabbage, mushrooms, veg and low carb sides in a container. It does not require a major deviation from the menu and would sell really well to the Keto pack.
